2. Online Personal Training:
Similar to in-person sessions, but we connect via our phones to guide you through your workout. The accountability is incredible—the only thing we can’t do is hand you your weights!

3. -10kg Challenge
Start with 21 Days! At-home workouts with minimum equipment needed. Coach Mateo is training with your every day! Ideal for anyone short on time and seeking quick results from anywhere in the world. This program includes various accountability modalities to keep you on track.

4. Programing your training:
We create a personalized training protocol tailored specifically for you, no matter where you are in the world. Whether your goal is to lose weight, run a marathon, complete a triathlon, or simply have workouts ready to go based on your objectives, we’ve got you covered. Our program operates on a trimester basis and includes nutrition coaching.
It is designed for intermediate and advanced individuals who need to follow a specific guide to reach their targeted goals. Additionally, our program includes the option to customize workouts and offers follow-up calls every 2 to 3 weeks on average to ensure you stay on track.


5. Just Running:
It’s time to discover the joy of running. I’ve completed over 10 marathons in my life, with experiences ranging from challenging to incredibly rewarding. Let me guide you on how to enjoy your journey toward running medium to long distances.

6. The Pregnancy Challenge
A comprehensive, year-long fitness program designed specifically for women who are planning to get pregnant, are currently pregnant, or are in the postpartum period. This program aims to help you prepare your body for pregnancy, stay fit during your pregnancy, and regain your pre-pregnancy fitness level as quickly as possible after giving birth.
